When your agent is already working hard to get you the best result, staging is how you make sure the property matches the effort they're putting in.
Most staging companies hire furniture from third parties and coordinate around other people's schedules. We do things differently.
We own our furniture. We own our trucks. We have 55+ people in-house across Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
That means when your campaign needs to move fast, we move fast. We comfortably run more than ten installs a day, so if your photography moves forward, we can usually move with it.
It also means we can adjust after install. If we got something wrong, a piece that arrived faulty, something we quoted and didn't deliver, a sofa we measured wrong, we send a truck back and there's no charge. If you'd like something different to what was quoted, we'll do that too, and there may be a fee. We're not precious about the design, we just won't pretend a second truck is free.
Your furniture stays for eight weeks, or until your property goes unconditional, and it's insured for fire and theft the whole time it's in your home. Accidental and pet damage aren't covered, and your stylist will talk that through with you upfront. Extension rates are set out in your terms and conditions before we install, so nothing arrives as a surprise.

Full stage, furnished from empty
Integrated staging
We work with your existing furniture and add our pieces around it, so you keep living comfortably while the home presents properly for photography and open homes.
On larger properties integrated often works out lower than a full stage, because we're building on what you already own rather than furnishing the whole house.
Every price includes furniture hire, full styling, delivery, setup, pack-up and an 8-week hire period. Four weeks paid, four weeks free.
Our minimum investment is $3,900. If that's outside where you're at right now, we'd rather you know before you book a consultation.
Every home is different, but here's where pricing starts.
For a vacant home, our minimum is $3,900. That covers a 1 bed unit, and pricing scales with the size of the property from there. A 3 bed unit starts around $4,300, a 4 bed home with two living areas around $5,700, and a larger 5 bed with three living areas around $8,500.
If you're still living in the home, integrated staging starts at $4,100. On larger properties integrated often works out lower than a full stage, because we're building on what you already own rather than furnishing the whole house.

No. We offer a Stage Now, Pay Later option - 20% upfront and the balance within 30 days of install. If you'd prefer to pay upfront, you'll receive a 5% discount.
Because we own our furniture and trucks and have 55+ people in-house, we can move quickly when campaigns need to. We'll confirm timelines at your consultation based on your campaign schedule.

Staging tends to deliver the strongest returns when the property is vacant, when comparable listings nearby are well-presented, or when the seller needs a result within a specific timeframe.
