What Brisbane and Gold Coast Sellers Are Saying

★★★★★ "

We had multiple offers after the first open home. Foxy took a tired rental and turned it into something buyers couldn't resist. They played a pivotal role in the success of the sale.

★★★★★ "

I honestly didn't even recognise my property after Foxy came through. I was cautious about overspending - but we achieved a record price, sold before auction. It really was an excellent final investment.

★★★★★ "

Sold at a new record on that unit block on the first auction. I would love to live there myself. I can't ask more.

- Joe F.
★★★★★ "

Sold on the first open home for above our expected asking price. It attracted so many people and was a place you didn't want to leave. Well worth the cost.

- Jenny W.

Why Presentation Affects Price

The reason price reductions happen isn't usually the market. It's that buyers form an impression in the first few seconds - online and at the open home - and once they're unsure, they don't come back with offers. They wait.

When a home is staged well, buyers understand the space instantly. They can see how they'd live there. That clarity creates confidence - and confident buyers make strong offers.

That's not decoration. That's strategy.

The Agents Who Consistently Achieve the Best Results Already Know This

The top performing agents across Brisbane and the Gold Coast don't leave presentation to chance. They recommend staging because they've seen firsthand what it does to a campaign - more competitive offers, faster decisions, and fewer price reduction conversations.

When your agent is already working hard to get you the best result, staging is how you make sure the property matches the effort they're putting in.

Built for the Demands of a Real Sale Campaign

Most staging companies hire furniture from third parties and coordinate around other people's schedules. We do things differently.

We own our furniture. We own our trucks. We have 50+ people in-house across Brisbane and the Gold Coast.

That means when your campaign needs to move fast - we move fast. And if something needs adjusting mid-campaign, we can fix it without waiting on anyone else.

After staging over 7,000 homes across South East Queensland, our systems are built around one thing - making sure your campaign has every advantage before the first buyer walks through the door.

Foxy Home Staging was founded by Jake and Phoebe Shorter - starting out of a garage with a simple belief that presentation could genuinely change sale outcomes.

Today it's one of the most trusted staging operations in South East Queensland. Two large warehouses. Multiple trucks. A team of 50+. And a process refined across thousands of campaigns.

But the thing that hasn't changed is why they started - to help everyday homeowners get the best possible outcome from one of the biggest financial decisions of their life.

Common Questions About Staging

After staging over 7,000 homes across Brisbane and the Gold Coast, here's what we know: when buyers clearly understand a home, they engage earlier, negotiate less, and campaigns are less likely to require price reductions.

We've seen countless situations where a few thousand dollars invested upfront protected tens of thousands on the backend - simply by keeping the campaign competitive and moving.

Staging doesn't create value out of thin air. It helps buyers recognise the value that's already there.

And if you'd prefer to hear it from sellers directly, you can read hundreds of detailed reviews on our Google profile.

Home staging is the process of furnishing and presenting a property specifically to appeal to buyers - not to reflect your personal taste, but to help the broadest possible range of buyers instantly understand and connect with the space.

It's not interior design. It's strategic marketing for your home.

Yes - and this is something not all staging companies offer.

We call it Integrated Staging. Our team works with your existing furniture, layering in our pieces to elevate the presentation without displacing your life. You keep living comfortably, your home looks incredible for photography and open homes, and in many cases it can reduce the overall cost of staging too.

It's one of the reasons sellers find the process far less disruptive than they expected.

Every home is different, but to give you a starting point:

2 bedroom home - from $3,400
3 bedroom home - from $3,800
4 bedroom home - from $4,400

Pricing includes furniture hire, full styling, delivery, setup, pack-up, and an 8-week hire period. Our minimum investment starts at $3,200.

Not ready for a full stage? We also offer partial and integrated staging options to suit different budgets and situations.

No. We offer a Stage Now, Pay Later option - 20% upfront and the balance within 30 days of install. If you'd prefer to pay upfront, you'll receive a 5% discount.

Because we own our furniture and trucks and have 50+ people in-house, we can move quickly when campaigns need to. We'll confirm timelines during your consultation based on your campaign schedule.
